These terms govern your use of the Flamigo mobile application ("the app") provided by Oborski Consulting ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.
Flamigo is a language-learning tool that helps you acquire Spanish vocabulary by injecting Spanish words into English articles you read in the app's built-in browser. The app uses AI services to generate translations, example sentences, and practice exercises.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You agree to use Flamigo for personal language learning. You may not reverse-engineer the app, extract data from it systematically, use it to build competing products, or interfere with its operation.
The app displays content from third-party websites that you navigate to. We do not own or control that content and are not responsible for its accuracy, legality, or availability. Your use of third-party websites is subject to their own terms and policies.
Translations, example sentences, and practice exercises are generated by AI and may contain errors. Flamigo is a learning aid, not a certified reference. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.
Flamigo offers free and paid tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through the Google Play Store and are subject to Google's payment terms. You can cancel at any time through the Play Store. Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policy.
The app, its design, code, and original content are owned by Oborski Consulting. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal purposes.
Flamigo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Warsaw, Poland.
